COORDINATION
We prepare clash detection reports, 4D construction schedules, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
We verify model quality against the BEP. This includes establishing a shared, georeferenced coordination point, defining responsibilities, auditing models, checking units, producing reports, and managing the Common Data Environment (CDE).
BIM MANAGEMENT
We assign a dedicated BIM team to each project.
We issue weekly progress reports, coordinate with the construction schedule, and regularly audit the federated BIM model.
